What is Gulag?

The pitch

Gulag is a skill-based trading competition. You join a tournament, get a fresh practice balance, and trade it against real, live market prices. No real money is at risk in the trades themselves — your edge is what's tested. The only thing you put up is the entry fee, and the pool is split among the winners.

Every match moves your rating. Win and you climb; lose in the Free-For-All and you collect a skull. Collect three skulls in a day and you're sent to the Gulag — locked out until you win your way back.

   Log in and choose a player name. The app guides you through the setup.

   Join or create a tournament

   Pick a mode, pay the entry, take a seat.

   Trade live prices in the arena

   Long or short any market the tournament lists, on real Hyperliquid data.

   Settle & climb

   When the match ends, the pool pays out, your rating updates, and skulls are minted for the losers.
