Climb the ladder

Rank is evaluated per criteria: highest PnL, first to target, or last to bust. Winners take the pool and gain ELO. Losers earn skulls.

Avoid the Gulag

Three skulls in 24 hours sends you to Gulag. Win a Gulag match, pay your way out, or wait it out.

Every match moves your rating. Standard Elo with K=32; team matches use average delta. Skulls are earned from losses in Rumble Pit — three in 24 h and you're Gulag-bound.
